Well there's the tall one who thinks he's in charge, there's the short scruffy one, and there's the mild-mannered professor-like one, and they get up to mischief but it all works out in the end after they all go sliding down the stairs in a bathtub- no, wait, wrong series

The short one got involved in multiple near fatal crashes but he's still alive and kicking. The tall fat one and the autistic one aged quite roughly they'll probably die from cancer or heart attack from smoking too many fags.

Clarkson is a farmer now
Hammond runs a garage and bodywork shop
May just does whatever he wants really, brewing Gin running a pub.

Although James apparently is suffering from some neuro disease, people theorize it's Parkinson's.

The BBC wanted to get rid of the three of them like mad, so clarkson punching the dude was their perfect excuse, it's really mindboggling these subhumans literally threw everyone under the bus so they had total control over it and now nobody watches them anymore, but I guess having common sense and thinking two steps ahead is something completely unrealistic to expect from the average leftist.
On another note, I'd wish they didn't cancel it, the grand tour was one of my favorite shows, but at least I can watch the new seasons from clarkson's farm.

They technically tried to do something similar to top gear, but they failed miserably so they switched to the specials.
I think at first it wasn't the same because they wanted to do their own thing in the top gear format, honestly, if grand tour is only relevant nowadays is because they did the specials and didn't copy top gear, and the most memorable top gear episodes are the specials too.
If you search for compilations, like 90% of them are from specials, not regular episodes.
