Nobody cares about the Xbox One to hack it.
The non-meme answer is that the Xbox One allowed you to use it in Dev Mode allowing you to do whatever you wanted with the XBone which pretty much satisfied the autism of the hackers that want to install Linux on a toaster, as a result there was nobody competent and motivated enough to hack and develop a CFW for the console.

there are modded dashboards for xbox 360 and og xbox. thats the equivalent of cfw.

but you cant install cfw easily on a 360 you still need a hardware method like jtag,resetglitch,etc.

Xbox dev mode allows you to run unsigned code, but it's primarily intended for developing and testing Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps and games.

I just learned a few days ago that you can install linux on a PS4, install steam to play games and also emulators.

Dev Mode but also hackers are afraid of Microsoft and so their avoiding releasing an exploit. Especially anti piracy hackers which are a pain. That said I don't see a reason to hack the Xbox One maybe to play Forza Horizon 4. The 360 is an amazing hacked console as well as the PS4/PS4 Pro. The PS3 is also good but more of it's exclusives are starting to run on PC.
