I was gonna assume that Lemon/Lime was the equivalent of Sprite/7up but there's 'Soda' at the bottom which would probably be Sprite/7up. But if soda is at the bottom then wtf is Cola if not the soda? Nobody wants to drink a flat coke.

Cola is always Coke/Pepsi or whatever knockoff of Coke that they have. Soda can mean any fizzy drink, but because there's no flavor listed it's probably just plain soda water or seltzer.

He's probably Brazilian. In Spanish lemon is limón and lime is limón. It's the same thing to them.
