Should I just emulate the PS3 version of this game? it's like 16gb, meanwhile the PC version says it's like 155gb

>same 10 cars spawning
>literally cut content
>graphical downgrades all around
>low resolution and fps locking
I mean why not, but also why the fuck would you? They're literally different games anon. And also mods on pc.

does the ps3 version have cycles and faggio? those are the only vehicles i care about
Anonymous No.715365492

It has most of the vehicles but you'll almost never see the ones you want naturally spawn since they lock it to like 5-10 spawning cars. Then you only get repeats and more repeats until you enter a new neighborhood (and it changes two or three of the spawns). But buy it and yeah you'll have it. But it's gay as hell only seeing a few cars drive around. And like SA level populations of pedestrians.

PC version wants you to install kernel level spyware to play singleplayer.

Why would you? It's a shockingly forgettable game, the kind of game you're going to play only once and have no fond memories of.
It's not badly made, it'll keep you entertained for a few hours I guess, if you really have to play it just go for the smaller install, it's not worth the space

it's better than 4 and has good missions

does it even work on RPCS3? their website only says "ingame"
can you complete the whole game?
Anonymous No.715366798
>>715366340
Yeah it technically works, but "Ingame" on RPCS3 doesn't mean it's actually playable start to finish without issues. You'll likely run into crashes, broken cutscenes, missing audio, and stuff like lighting bugs or physics spazzing out. Some missions might softlock or glitch unless you use specific settings or updated firmware files. You *might* be able to finish the whole thing, but it’s gonna be a janky ride at best. If you're just curious or wanna mess around it’s fine, but don’t expect a smooth experience.

PS3 version runs this badly? I don't remember it running bad at all in single player, but it's been years.

If you look around, you can find the initial release for pc, it is around 65gb.

In comparison to playing it on the PS5, let alone PC? Night and day, but doesn't mean the PS3 version is unplayable garbage.

>it's better than 4
Strongly disagree
>has good missions
Ehhh, the skyscraper heist thing was cool I'll admit, but others were shit, like the one where you have to tow cars, or the underwater sections, or the one where you have to go cycling with your idiot son as Michael to the beach, that one mission where you have to snipe some azeris, the fucking yoga mission... Some missions may be "good" but there's so many stinkers as well that they bring down the quality average

My main qualm with 5 is the near lack of interesting or likeable characters, Lamar was funny, that's it, he's the only character in 5 I'd call good. Writing was shit.
Plus the world lacks "grip", it just doesn't have an atmosphere that draws you in, it feels sterile somehow. GTA SA had atmosphere, 4 had atmosphere, RDR1 had atmosphere, 5 on the other hand doesn't

If your PC is strong enough to emulate PS3 the why are you skipping the native version that comes with ray tracing?
