I had no clue wtf it was talking about, and there were some other groups of boys, all fighting over who controls some park or playground or something, which they decided with snowball fights, then after some decisive fight the main character's group won, but he caught a cold during it, then died a few days later, it was still a "bad thing happens to some random nigga" type thing but at least it was also about boys camaraderie and heroic deeds, and sacrifice, even if it was over something silly like a snowball fight in a park, but all these stories that I had to read in high school about "look, some shit happened to this random nigga" just made me think "who cares???"
