I think the implication was that Eve became advanced by evolving through the combat and trials she faced while on Earth. Also, unlike Raven she didn't become a (sexy) violent schizo while doing so, so she became the best candidate for fusion. Although we'll have to wait until the sequel to truly find out what is going on with Adam saying all that.
I'm surprised that playing the game a second time gives a lot more context to the that part of the game, even when Adam brings up a throw away line about how pointless TND (Total Naytiba Death) and likewise Total Andro-Eidos Death is and how there can be harmony between the two races in Eidos 7 during a cutscene.

They're good. They run the gambit from cool cosmetic additions, nude mods, necessary addons like the Nier music removal mod and to stupid nut funny shit like replacing feet with hands and vice versa. They're also simple as fuck to install and remove so that's always a plus.
