So the switch will most likely crawl its way passed 3DS and the true PS2 sales. What will be a true test is if Nintendo keeps it alive long enough for it to outsell Sony's cope 160 million PS2 sales.

Idk. Lets say nintendo keeps making switch 1 and 2 but cuts the price of the switch 1 to 200. I can see it selling decebtly for at least 4 more years

I know the full list of Sony copes that the fans keep using when Switch PS2 sales come up, and even after hearing them again, and again it is still funny.

The only thing that can potentially hurt it in the long run is unironically game key cards

PS2 most definitely sold over 100m units, literally EVERYONE owned one, and it went for chump change in its twilight years, switch not so much, it never had a price cut and far less people owned one comparatively

At least 30% of the total sales were soley due to it at the time being the best value dvd player on the market.
I know people that had one and never bought a game. It was their dvd player

>but cuts the price of the switch 1 to 200
That's most probably impossible unless they can get nvidia to lower the price of the processor, which I highly doubt since they're quite literally the main problem with computers being completely unattainable, plus, you now have TSMC constantly raising the prices of every waffer, even old ones since they have zero competition and can charge quite literally whatever they want.
