He did? I thought Tom Fulp was the main guy behind Castle Crashers, and that Stamper only did the narrator voice in Battleblock Theater. But it's true that at least some of the games he was involved with were eventually released. That Nightmare Cops game is a mismanaged disaster, given how long it's been in development hell. Sad to see what happened with Stamper. Despite all his faults, he was one of the strongest and most charismatic personalities in SleepyCabin.

I have a Stamper story.
Back in 2015, I went to the Penny Arcade Expo with a few friends. Late one night, long after friends had gone to bed, I went to go smoke outside. I had recently turned 21 and was debating going out to the bars, as I was the oldest in our group and wanted to explore that freedom and such.
Ended up meeting a girl, mid/late 20s' outside the hotel who joined me for a smoke - dream come true for a guy out of town. We ended up chatting for a few hours, and after bar close, we walked across Seattle together to a run-down gas station to pick up some Cider Stella Artois - just about the only thing we could find at 3AM. We hurried back to the hotel I was staying at and drank them in the lobby - drunkenly playing card games, chatting, etc. We ended up parting ways after a hug. I met up with her the next morning - shared a few cigs and drinks, and went off on our separate ways to go enjoy the con.
That evening, we met up again. She excitedly brought me to a table with a few open spots in a ritzy hotel bar. As I did my best to fit in with bar culture, I noticed that a few people at the table were familiar - as she started introducing us to them and they us, I was floored to realize we were drinking with the original Newgrounds team - Tom Fulp, Dan Paladin, Stamper, etc.
I downed a few Long Islands and could tell that the girl I'd met was trying her hardest to fuck one of them, which I left her to - I wasn't about to play that game, nor did I really care to (I *was* in a relationship at the time, and despite the opportunity being right there, I knew it'd be something I regret.)
I met her again the next morning after she'd come from Stamper's room. She was pretty excited about the lay, which was hard to not cringe at, as she'd just been kicked out of his room.

I still wonder how she's doing sometimes. I think about her every time I hear about Stamper. And continue to lmao at what has become
