every other hardcore balance mod for new vegas is trivialized by some workaround or exploit, so the solution is to gut it of quests and traders entirely

Are there people who actually play the vanilla versions of fallout and TES games on their PC? The entire reason why I ended up getting a PC in the first place was because I saw all of these cool mods I would never have access to because I was a console peasant and they didn't have mods at the time.

I'll try to find a modern dust load order, mine was a shitshow, and DUST expansion project radio is mandatory. I'm not crazy about the locations it adds, but the radio is god tier
