The recovery from this was hell. It was like you had a searing waffle iron just inside your fucking body with no escape.
I'm 10 years out from a t3 to l4 fusion some days are mad shit and I just gave up finishing cleaning my house but I'm not dead yet.

I got mines by shit posture but when I got diagnosed 5 years ago I've done nothing but drink and ignore my health so now I'll probably need that surgery because it's gotten real bad.
