The problem with that game (and most RTS) is that it has a lot of cool high tech units but you never really need or can use them because the basic units are strong and more efficient.
Send 20 rhino tanks at them, split into 2 or 3 groups. I'll easily keep over half my units, and then I plow them into my opponents base.
I don't need a battle lab, and rhinos are cheaper.

You can consistently counter it as Yuri with masterminds with chaff units to take the brunt of the prism tank attacks. With the soviets however all you can do is rush rhinos or apocs and pray to god that you have an IC ready when the prism push comes.
