The Bioshock remasters were clearly done very cheaply. The only advantages are that you get the PS3 content in the first game, and the remaster of the second game restores the vending machine voices. Oh and there are no multiplayer achievements in the remaster, if you care about 100%ing it.
It also bugs me how squishy you are as a Big Daddy. Apparently the Armored Shell tonics are bugged, too, so you can't stack them for more damage resistance.

Because Delta is squishier than Jack funnily enough, atleast in the earlygame. You trample over everything by the end of the game though so just give it some time

Funny thing is the dual wielding mechanic was supposed to be in the first game but for some reason they didn't add it at the last second and the remastered version still doesn't have it.

Damn, is there no discord community or something? I know there’s a few games like neotokyo that only have small communities that play on weekends, I’d be a little surprised if bioshock 2 didn’t have one. Does /v/ ever play it together?

It's also nearly impossible to get a copy of orignal with the DLC added. Can't find a torrent for shit, it's all the remastered version.

I wonder if it has to do with controllers. Bioshock 2 had to sacrifice the "use EVE syringe" button to make duel wielding work (though you can use ini file editing on PC to get it back).

You can fix the FOV in MP now? When I played it a few years ago, you could fix the sensitivity through the ini file but you could only fix the FOV in SP.

The Rosie big daddies only show up in one level, so if you want to get all research camera rewards, you have to do it in that level.

The camera isn't that bad if you use ice blast + security bots/turrets to deal damage, you will get a shitload of research points that way. If you don't have access to bots then phosphorus shells are good too.
