If you just need gold, sell the materials you get.
For early money Tsubame's requests give you an exotic medal you can sell for 10k.

But if you meant it just for those village quests. Make shops and assign villagers to them. Then ofc remove those shops after you get the quest XP, since most shops are useless (flower shops being useful for selling crystal crops that you have a quest to grown and harvest 300 times)

How is Azure compared to RF 3/4/5?
Does it have plenty of post game stuff? That was the best part of 3/4 and 5 had almost nothing of worth.

You can date as many girls as you want, but you're better off sticking to one because the alternate timeline dating feature post marriage resets all romantic bond event progress, so you'd end up repeating all of those romance events you already saw if you try marrying someone else

You can go through the dating events with as many characters as you want at the same time but you'll only be able to marry one while the others go back to the pre-dating max intimacy level you reached with them, which makes dating multiple people a waste in case you want to then use Rewoven Fates to marry someone else.

Don't listen to the autists. Let your villagers farm rice in Autumn village. It's a massive headache to do it yourself when they're more than capable. Just don't leave low-level seeds in your inventory if you don't want them to plant them.

Rice is a whole different story, it's fine because there's no conflict of seeds. But even then it's a waste if you want to grow lots.

Having wood cutters and miners is good for materials so you can make buildings/decorations whenever you want, but it's pretty trivial to only have seeds you want farmers to plant. They default to only planting seasonal crops in their respective villages. The exception is stuff like golden crops that don't have a preferential season, so if you want those, you're better off growing them yourself. But everyone complaining about farmers being retarded is just too lazy to clean up their inventory.

You can have +31 additional barns, chickens are more profitable than bees.
Rice is a giant waste of space, manually farming Golden Turnips is better.

Azuma has worse besides marriage. The Azuma quests are okay, but fishing and mushrooms are pretty RNG timewasters, with narrowing the Sky Island-fishing exclusive ones pretty obnoxious. The post-game dungeon is locked behind marriage + 1 kid, so 14 + 15 days of waiting if you waited for Kaguya/Clarice.
You need to see all of the marriages for the in-game achievement list, but it's all viewable in one playthrough via Rewoven Fates; it's still 15 marriages x 14 days of sleep spam though.

With in-game RF5 days taking 48 minutes than 36 in Azuma, the wedding > 3 weeks > do u want baby? > 2 weeks > pregnancy announced > 3 weeks > birth loop is a lot longer to sleep spam through, but you've only one shot at it without multiple saves. While it takes SNEED points to unlock, RF5's post-game dungeon has Orichalcum drops and lets you actually refarm the bosses. Extra Directives let you increase monster levels (then tame a Lv. 25000+ wolf mounted by a orc in the Winter region? and then delevel to steamroll with it).
Shipping log 100% is one task you can do, which is absent in Azuma.
