Depends I guess. Sure it's a lot damn smaller, but that comes at the cost of form-factor, some games that use both the D-pad and analogue stick will be much trickier - so no more using them at the same time like in monster hunter. If you have bigger hands they might cramp up too from extended use. Things about the size of a wallet so imagine holding that in both hands for a long time.
If you're planning on playing games for extended periods, it might not be the greatest option, but if you're the sort that plans to whip the thing out for a couple of minutes throughout the day for a quick outrun race or something you could get some use out of it. I use mine for shorter arcade-style games and keep the 'bigger' games on my standard PSP.
That's assuming you can get it at a decent price though. It's a novelty PSP (which in of itself is also a novelty thanks to youtubers), so I expect the price has skyrocketed
