That might be true in NA Hard because of how weak the enemies are, but in Maniac the enemies are too bulky to reliably ORKO on enemy phase and the game gives you a ton of tools like 4-way refresh, super canto and high deploy slots, it is much more of a player phase game.

Mias best build is adept/gambit and shade.
Shade to avoud enemies to attack her as she can become tanky enough to avoud gettibg killed in 2 hits which is the threshold for shade.
And gambit togheter with a max forge slim sword.
And even then she will only really have an okay MU against warriors.

Sol Katti weighs 14, Lyn has 6 Con. By equipping it, she instantly loses 8 Spd. The Dragon has 16 Spd on HHM, so Lyn needs to have 20 AS to double it which means 28 speed. The average Lyn has 28 speed at 20/15.

Gespenst is not a Prf. It is not effective against the final boss. It is only usable against 5 enemies if you aren't playing the Link Arena.
Meanwhile, Sol Katti is a Prf and it's supposed to be not only usable but also effective against the final boss. Except it's a liability if your Lyn didn't get enough speed and the bonus +5 Res is useless because the dragon pierces defense anyway.

S Rank Tomes in 7 are notoriously heavy with Gespenst being the biggest meme of them all with its 20 Wt. Canas/Athos are losing 12/11 AS respectively which destroys ther ability to double and puts them at risk of being doubled against even slow shitters like Nergal with his 14 AS.

About half the enemies in final are magic users and most of them are weighed down by their tomes.
Kenneth loses 6 AS from Luce, Ursula loses 6 from Excalibur (you're better off using Mani Katti here if it still exists to be fair), the druid is a meme thanks to the s dark tome and so on. Nergal for reference has 50 Atk with Ereshkigal. If for some reason you decide to let Lyn fight him, she'd need to be at 20/10 with perfectly average stats to just barely avoid getting OHKOd. That extra 5 Res stops her from dying. Meanwhile Canas/Athos get doubled and ORKOd if you let them use Gespenst.

Sol Katti is a meme weapon, Gespenst is an actively detrimental one with no redeeming features for both main game and link arena.
