it seems front loaded like most other fps games of the time where the first episode is the best and it's nice to have extra content but after that just kinda want it to end. the cultists are overpowered, i played the game vanilla and it was more enjoyable when they could be tweaked to tone them down a bit.
still has one of my favorite shotguns and i love the atmosphere though.

I don't hate it but I do think it's overrated by it's fans. Then again I think the same thing about Doom so maybe boomer fanbases are just annoying to anyone that doesn't feel the exact same way about their fave games as them
