Oh, she's a planeswalker. You can't use those as your commander unless their text specifically says so. Brawl lets you use commanders, but nobody plays that outside MTG arena, and I'm not sure if that miku is on arena.

Collecting cards is supposed to be a fun little autistic pastime since cards, as small pieces of paper, should be cheap as shit. I still miss playing MTG in the 90's when someone using a $20 dual land was comically expensive. I play Arena now to actually play the game since I can f2p it fine but I do miss rifling through a pile of cards, just can't justify the price

Feather (the card she is a copy of) is actually the second most popular commander in those colors. It's kind of a "voltron" commander, where you play feather and then sit on a bunch of buffs/protections and fly over people.
