I liked the first one well enough but can't get past the first act on replays, the art direction is amazing but the rest of the game was very shallow.
The stealth AI is ass, the combat is simon says bullshit that doesn't even let you experiment doing it the "wrong" way without freezing the game and flashing a massive tutorial on your screen, and the story is fairly uninteresting outside of Jin's Family drama which was ruined by the DLC overexplaining it.

Nah it'll follow the same template every Sony first party sequel has since the PS3 pretty much.
Very similar to its previous game visually to the point it almost seems like like a lot of assets were recycled. Gameplay that's more of the same, but ultimately polishes the core to add a lot of really fun elements so that it plays better than the previous. Then has the overall package fail due to the story shitting the bed and having to much a focus on the non-core gameplay shit that just sucks; eg walk 'em ups, playing as other characters, fuck awful puzzles.
