>>715504998Oh shit. It's lupus. Aside from turn based which anon handles well, one thing is that many people tend to actually recover from that so I may suggest shit that is too hard right off the bat. Your description indicates fine muscle problems. If you can use coarse muscles reasonably, you can switch to those.
Action RPGs with summoner builds, come to mind. Diablo 2 with necromancer for a simple example. Torchlight series. One of the local quaderpeligics, who has similar hand issues is big on the new Supercell FTP phone game Mo.Co, which uses autoaim on all weapons, and handles bad internet at least OK..
If you have dpad trigger or button manipulation reasonably well, you can go for some of the music games, which becomes more about reading long in advance and activated your coarse muscles to pull the trigger.
I'd also go with emulation and Warioware GBA. One button gameplay, focusing on timing.
ITB is turn based and by the FTL dudes, and given out free on epic every once in a while.
>>715505136Realtime overworld, turn based battle. Doesn't need precision. But high level of waifu power. could be dangerous if you're not ready for that. . A good pick.
>>715505015They're still in a primitive state, much like VR and the kinect, and if people have better options they use them. I do have a tobi eye tracker for some severe quadriplegics, and the flight sims have pretty good support.
