Sparkle only has 2 real problems which are that her action forward is only 50% instead of 100% and that a good chunk of her ATK buff is exclusive to Quantum units. Otherwise, the majority of her buffs are universal like Crit DMG buff, DMG buff the more SP spent (which applies to the whole team so it's easy to maintain it) and big SP regeneration, so she's still good buffer, just not THE best for anyone except Archer.
