Yes.

The desert level kicked my ass, but it felt great to finally get good and easily beat it.

I was too young when it came out, but it had a long shelf life. It was still a cool 3d game in 2003 and my friend and I took turns playing it

Not exactly when it came out because I always had a delayed access to new consoles and games, but I remember the very first time I played I couldn't even figure out how to get inside the castle

Yes I remember playing it for the first time at the toys r us kiosk. It was wild. Too bad my parents wouldn't get me an n64. They got me a playstation instead because it was cheaper.

Yeah, I was 14. I had the choice of picking an n64 or a ps1 and that game alone sold it to me. The ps1 had a bigger library but the n64 had very good games as well, don't regret it one bit.

Yes. I was in first grade and pulled my first all-nighter playing it nonstop.

See this is an accurate post, not some zoomgroid bluffing or the Nickelodeon and PoS class coping and trying to rewrite history.
Just the word Playstation causes me to almost smell the cat piss, stale dog shit, and cigarette smoke. I can see the 14 hour old bowl of half eaten macaroni. There is a 19 year old entering and leaving the house at all times of day and night, he brings strange, nasty people with him who stink. He bickers with the owner often. You want to use the Playstation, but the controller is gone. The Playstation is right in the "living" room, where an obese woman is watching TV. The smell of macaroni and hotdogs begins to fill the air.
Anytime someone asked you if you wanted to play videogames you immediately knew you were going to play SNES or N64, maybe dabble in Genesis rarely if the kid still had one.
Playstation was more of a living situation thing than a game console.
