You can refund games on Steam if you have less than two hours of play or within 14 days of purchase. Whichever you hit first. I can easily pre-order a game right before the pre-orders go away, and then look at launch reviews and play for up to two hours to decide if I'm keeping it or not. If I end up keeping the game, I get the pre-order bonuses. If I decide it's dogshit or not for me, I lose nothing. I simply refund it.

You need it to break the armor, but you can still do damage to them without that.
Besides, this is capcom so there's probably an option to have it just auto solve for you geriatric arthritis-having brainfoggers.
