Do you think vtmb 2 will actually come out?

What are your expectations for vtmb2?
I like the Chinese room games so hopefully they can do smaller scale game with good storytelling instead of trying to make a full scale open world rpg.

The western gaming industry situation right now is so satisfying to me.

i doubt it will come out but if it does it'll be a very poor imitation of a game that came out 21 years ago which is very sad to me and a sign of how much this industry has regressed that making a game like VtmB is impossible for a major IP to accomplish. hell Robocop nailed the feeling and it wasn't even going for it, the little hub area you visit throughout the game really reminded me of Santa Monica in terms of how it felt to go around picking up quests and finding all the little nooks and crannies.

It's game made to contaminate the IP because straight white males liked the original game. It's kind of a waste since the IP is already a propagandafest since years so the game is redundant in that aspect. Still, better to release a 'sequel' so google results and media can push for the new game instead of the old problematic one.
