Do you ever enjoy games for objectively shitty reasons?
I have felt that way about social deduction games. It's practically random how the game plays out. The people I'd play would come up with all sorts of "lobby rules" to avoid dying in a way they didn't like, though any strategy was just as valid as the next. Stopped playing the genre once I was fed up with players kicking me because my playstyle was "boring" (i.e. Not talking as a jester role to get voted out)
>>715561262 (OP)If a game has sexual theming I will enjoy it more
Especially if it's genuinely perverse instead of having a big boob asian or something pedestrian
I enjoy Harvest Moon SNES because it's the easiest one
>>715561262 (OP)I don't understand the question
>>715561262 (OP)If I enjoy it because of it, how is it a shitty reason?
>>715570750this doesn't look like social behavior to me
>>715561262 (OP)I enjoy Hogwarts Legacy to own the trannies
>>715561262 (OP)If you jump downhill and jump as soon as you land and it makes you carry the downward momentum.
I know it's a bit specific, but that shit is like crack to me.
>>715568180If you're enjoying a game purely because it's universally agreed upon that it sucks and therefore you only enjoy playing it because it makes you feel special and unique then I'd say that could be a shitty reason to enjoy it.
>>715561262 (OP)I like games with good character design. I'd even play them if the gameplay was bad. I place more value on a well-crafted character than on polished gameplay.
>>715572089I did too originally, but it is a comfy and magical game. I spent hours just decorating the Room of Requirements.
