If you're new to Warframe, literally and unironically without memeing: Slow down.
The game will never be as much fun as it is right now in terms of challenge.
Just go slow, enjoy playing through the levels, look at stuff, listen to the story, scan things, do the secrets in the level.
If you want a Frame that can do everything and you can get early on (because the game is, generally speaking disconnected content islands) pick up Gara from the first open world map.
Wukong is also very good in terms of being all-rounder (invisibility, speed, limited invulnerability), I don't remember how you get him though or if it it's an annoying quest.
Revenant is one of the few frames with true persist invulnerability, useful for lots of stuff.
If you got Volt or can get Volt (I think if you didn't pick him at the start you can craft him via Guild blueprints?) he's extremely good forever including the endgame and has speed, a powerful shield that both blocks damage and boosts damage, gives the group a speed buff, and even has a aoe spell damage build (though it's a bit of a meme but there are certain farms that he can do with it)
The way Warframe works is each mission type (so Spy, Boss rush, Open world, Defend a spot, Defend a person or object, etc) all have kinda optimal specific frames and not much overlap.
Like for example if you want to rush a trivial Boss as fast as physically possible, it's Titania
