I fucking hate it but you get used to it eventually. I was thinking of getting some "nighttime driving glasses" but I don't think they actually do anything. I do think headlights on vehicles and streetlights are too bright, so wearing special glasses would help if it prevented me from being blinded or getting overly stimulated.

idk man, i think it'd actually be easier to see if more of the lights were less bright, and if the diodes themselves were shielded to stop the massive glare you get
imagine a bunch of smaller, more localized dim blue lights that are directed to just shine on the road, i think that'd be way easier to look at, at night than a long stream of bright white led headlights that blind most people

you used to get pulled over for running your high beams in to oncoming traffic, now modern led headlights are brighter than 90s high beams but for some reason we're in the wrong for thinking they're too bright?

I'm more concerned about how the white LEDs contribute to the dysregulation of the population's natural sleep schedule.
