>>715613328 (OP) >Brand that used to be really good but got too famous so they jacked up the prices to the point where its not really worth it anymore
Can't really think of anything.
The most heart breaking is what happened to N.O.-Xplode when they shrunk the package and changed the recipe.
I gotta mix this with milk and I guess that makes me a *looks at notes* fatass. I can't drink this stuff with water. It's like chocolate flavored water instead of chocolate milk. One is clearly superior to the other.
I think pre-made protein drinks are way better because they're ready to drink. It's a shame they're so expensive. Premier Protein is like $32 for a fucking 12-pack. A 12-PACK. That's outrageous. You can spend $30 on Whey and get probably 30-40 servings for that price. I'm not paying $32 fucking dollars for a goddamn 12-pack of protein shakes. It also depends on how much you're drinking per day. If you're consuming two a day, then that's even MORE expensive. Powder would be the most "economical" way to go.

whats the difference from this one (30 euros per kilo) and other brands (18 euros per kilo)? especially when they all have to go through the same lab analysis and follow the same safety and health standards?

Personally it depends on the powder. The one I normally use i find to be perfectly fine with just water. Milk makes it harder to mix in the bottle for some reason. One time though I tried a vanilla powder with water and looked and smelled like I was drinking horse cum. Vile stuff.
I just make it in a blender bottle, but I put it's better if you own an actual blender. You can put Whey into it with other stuff to add protein to it, like fruit and what have you.

You get bored of eating so much meat daily. Protein powder saves you from drinking litres of milk or kilogramms of meat. That doesn't mean you should stop eating those. Quite the opposite actually. Protein powder is just a supplement. Besides it's much better for a cut than always eating the same bland chiken (in a sense that you won't get insane from eating same chiken breasts every day. I did)
>>715613997 >Buy Premier Protein at Costco, 32 for 18 bottles >Bodytech vanilla protein powder, 23 servings for like 34
That's 41 servings, which will last you 3 weeks, if you have two servings per day. All for 70 dollars at most. Either way, you should be buying beef, chicken, and fish at bulk in places like Costco or Sam's Club to save yourself money, and be able to meal prep more effectively. My proteins usually come to about 150 dollars per month. You should only really be needing one protein shake/drink/powder a day, if you have your main meals with sufficient protein and only if you really feel the need to get to that .8 to 1.0 grams of protein per bodyweight.
I'm relatively new to lifting and I just wanna know, will using an elliptical machine before my sets harm my gains at all? I really like using it to get the blood flowing.

I really do like their whey and other products, but man......the prices have gone to shit. Ever since fucking Covid, supplement prices have spiked up and never returned down. Doubt they ever will.

Hmmm never thought of mixing Whey into greek yogurt, not sure why since it seems fine on paper. Some yogurt already has protein in it though.
>>715615245
I mix it in with Skyr yogurt. Portion of the skyr yogurt already has 50 grams of protein. Some scoops added and you can easily make a nice 100 grams of protein.

fuck yeah my gruel sloppa in the morning is milk, oats, chia seeds, choco whey and a spoon of peanut butter
the look is horrendous but it tastes good and keeps me full till 3pm
Something else people don't talk about, use extracts. For the cheap shit proteins out there, a dash of vanilla extract for example can change the whole flavor profile.

my breakfast sloppa is chocolate peanut butter, bananas, milk, coffee and whey powder in a blender
gets the job done and it's all I can afford plus im too lazy to boil and peel eggs
Unless you're lifting using this stuff is not going to help you, for some reason it's becoming popular along standard dieters who should just be eating lean protein instead of wasting money on this. They're just shitting it all out if they're largely sedentary.
>>715618468 >Just eating enough >He literally can't eat between 2500-3000 calories for a proper clean bulk
Christ, you fell for the 4000-8000 calorie meme diets that steroid junkies do for their cheat day thumbnails didn't you? I'm natural and have never needed to go higher than 3k for any bulk ever and never had any issues with getting the calories in for it.

As a certified spooky skeleton, I completely agree with you. I really need to learn some good meal prep or something because making sure to eat enough healthy foods every single day is making me tear my hair out.
>>715618706 >Bulk up >Attain the results I wanted >Slim down >Despite slimming down buying clothes especially jeans went from 5-10 minutes of browsing and trying something in a store to a complete utter nightmare especially jeans.

losing weight is harder, only lanklets think otherwise
your ass only needs to find the willpower to have an extra tablespoon or 2 of peanut butter a day, my ass needs to fight my bodies stupid instinct telling me it's starving when i know it isn't, all the time
it is unreal to hear skinnyfucks go "it's so hard to eat!!" like they haven't done it every single day of thier lives or something
