Ever since 2016, I've rolled my eyes at TDS. But honestly, after Trump's behavior in his second term, I really do think he's the worst possible thing that could've ever happened to the country

Yahtzee thinks the two following things unironically:

- platforming doesn't work in 3d.

- strategy games are cowardly because you don't face the danger yourself.

he's a professional game reviewer who's never played Mario 64 nor Age of Empires.

I think his political opinions are pretty bog-standard liberal views, I think pretty much every liberal feels as if not more inclined to be as annoyingly vocal about their views, he just has a platform. I think his opinions on games are generally pretty solid, but his method of review is just getting an initial vibe and justifying it. There's a lot of games he just refuses to play in good faith.
