I seriously don't get how people can be this stupid.
It's one thing offering hardware mods or pirated copies discreetly. But publicly showing you own and share them? While living in said countries?

So Nintendo shuts down Youtube channels showing android handhelds but it's actually a misnomer because the people who shut them down are actually individuals so it's not Nintendo itself but they're individual members who believe in copyright laws

Nintendo does care about emulators they shut down dolphin on steam. emulators are legal however so all they can do is seethe but they would love for them to be banned.

Let me guess, you're one of those "it's not censorship if it's a private company" type too? Right?
Nintendo is actually saving this person a lot of money. When they get out of jail in a few years, the Switch 2 will likely be much cheaper. Wholesome Nintendo moment!

Considering Linus Tech tips did a whole segment showing off Switch emulation on the Steam Deck titled "Nintendo just try to sue us" and NIntendo did fuck all this "Youtuber" must have done something to earn Nintendo ire like link to roms or show people how to rip roms or something that wouldn't be fucking stupid to flaunt publicly
