That's an interesting point - Ralsei both does and DOESN'T know about Snowgrave at the same time: He's thrown by Chapter 2 skipping, Chapter 3 he doesn't know what's in the Ice Palace but he DOES know bringing Noelle to the festival is a bad idea on the weird route, but Chapter 4 has no passages for Snowgrave explicitly appear and Ralsei is worried about the weird route being worse than what normally happens in the prophecy

Also Ralsei is healed by Noelle's tea which means he must at least know something specifically about her, even though Noelle never met him
