1 is good but the rest of those movies are awful.

1 was pretty mediocre, while you have a bunch of jokes that are just perennially amusing, they're at most 10 percent of the film, and the rest just fall completely flat. It also doesn't help that most of the sexual humor is awkward at best.
The ratios get worse in the subsequent movies.

I agree with you here, initially I didn't like them, but somehow really liked the third one, then went back and rewatched the other 2 and loved them.
