You're right, I did forget that detail. Nightfolk do bleed silver. There's also the Draconians who bleed red (Ancient Dragon Man is a Draconian, I think?), and there's also countless other possibilities because Nightreign doesn't take place in the canon ER universe - none of the Nightfarers except for Executor on a technicality are from TLB and Recluse is clearly from far away (Whatever or wherever the Deep Woods are).
I would say some sort of secretive tribe or some outcasts like the Pyromancers in DKS1, they are clearly connected to old magic but also the sky.

The only thing we truly know is she's a witch from the deep woods, as was Ranni's mentor. Ranni's doll body was supposedly based on her mentor, so Recluse likely isn't the mentor herself, but presumably from the same tribe or at least the same region.

Where do you get that Ranni's mentor is a witch from the deep woods? I don't remember any such thing from Recluse's quest or from base game ER.
If anything, one of the few beings we see use ice magic are the Zamor giant haters and Borealis. It would me logical for her to be connected to them in some way, or at least to have adapted/learned/stolen their sorceries.

Every piece of her set mentions her secret mentor being the snowy crone she met "deep in the woods". If it was capitalized like a proper noun in Nightreign I should probably cross reference the Japanese in both games, but either way there's precedent for non-Nox witches living in the woods with an affinity for the night.
