Yeah I don't think so. Really old design docs from like 2018 had some outlines for going to the Crystal Palace as part of the VDB stroyline, but that was scrapped way early on in development. It was rehashed as content for a potential 2nd DLC, but that was also scrapped when they had to haul arse to fix the game up to the 2.0/Ultimate release.

The AI will forever be retarded, the gigs/side missions are done with, new game plus will never be in the game, third person mode will never exist, monorail system will never be completed. There is cinematic mode for car journeys now, probably because V's character model isn't visible

It's a collection of small mods and a few big ones, that enhance the immersion. On the top of my head, Nighy city alive, enhanced NCPD, melee executions to unaware/stunned enemies, grab a stunned enemy from the front, immersive afk menu ( smoking, eating etc), immersive time skip, better vehicle controls (cruise controls and ability to open individual doors, as well as turn on and off the car manually), immersive 3rd person, immersive ripper docs, immersive street vendors, and a heap of other small but impactful mods. I don't have any skin, clothing or coomer mods, I just have an autistic turn on to immersing myself in the gameworld.

The only mods I "need" and can't live without are the combat execution mods and car controls.
