The idea is that you grind the extraction mode for cash shop currency by selling the rare NFTs you get.
Not that anybody actually buys the fucking things.

The entire mode is designed around a loop of making P2W players win more and thus getting more rewards which should theoretically incentivize players to spend more to keep up. But it's all meaningless because somebody has to buy the loot for you to ultimately profit.
They also made all customization drops like paint exclusive to the extraction mode unlike the beta, where you'd get them Overwatch style from just playing the game. Then they let you put those up for sale, too. So the only way for a non extraction mode player to get paints is to pay up or go grind Mashmak and join the pyramid scheme.

Because no one makes them. There's plenty of mech franchises that do great and prove the market's there and we get three shitty namco gundam games and another extraction shooter and it goes quiet again.

Games like from the Gundam Battle series (before tuning), the slower Armored Core entries, and games from the BattleTech franchise are more similar to each other than games from the Gundam vs. Gundam series, faster Armored Core entries, or the recent Mecha BREAK.
This latter grouping has more in common with those 3D arena fighters like Dragon Ball™ Z™: Budokai™ Tenkaichi™ 3.

Mecha movement is hardly enjoyable. It's stuck between vehicle and humanoid movement types, lacking the advantages of both while retaining their disadvantages. There's no momentum play like in your typical vehicular game. Humanoid movement may lacks momentum play, but they make up for it with increased variation in poses and motions, something mecha games have failed to do.

For example, moving on the ground is almost always just the two legs and nothing more; your arms don't move in sync with your legs. Some don't even bother with this and just give mechas a hover move. There is also this legacy AC slop side evade. In mecha animations like Gundam, a side evade is usually accompanied by a roll or a pose adjustment like ambac. But in AC? They just move the mecha to the side with no roll or pose adjustment. All it does is add a bunch of thruster effects.

i played alot of mecha break, including the beta. Honestly this genre is so niche that any fuck ups can easily discourage people from playing, and this game is the perfect example.

The base game design is pretty good: 6v6 team fight, fast mech combat, each mech has wide range of utilities instead of ultimate ability. They also have some asset for PvE contents too.
Yet there's so many things they did wrong:
-extremely shit ass menu UI & tab design, there's tons of people asking how to access this and that in the community. The match objective doesnt even show for you until you are on the loading screen into the match, after you already picked the mech
-no actual PVE contents, holy shit the extraction mode was super cancer and it's just unbalanced PvP hunting ground. Not as bad as the beta but still unfun to play with the meta mech choices and weapons they bring in
-the 6v6 PVP is the main mode (with ranked option as default), yet they still fuck it up by having no reward for the casual mode, the most played mode of any popular PvP games
-the game adds BOTS INTO RANKED mode. you have to climb high in rank to see almost all matches with actual people. This is to manipulate player engagement with fake wins and inflate the chinks' ego.

How the fuck do the dev said they wanted casual audience all over the world but they did all of those above? chinks can make good stuff by copying existing stuff but they are still way too retarded in running multiplayer games

Because unironically, the human brain is the most complex "computer" known to us, and definitely at least at the time Battletech was created, computer scientists DID absolutely (and some still do) believe that the way to go was utilize human brain interfaces for computers, because reverse engineering it in programming is impossible. However, if you can already use the neurohelmet to access the pilot's sense of balance, there absolutely cannot be much of a leap to basically use it as a full control interface for the rest of the mech.

They all suck. The main point of mechas is their SIZE - they should be 70-100ft tall at least and the battlefields should reflect this such as destructible urban landscape. No mech game actually reinforces this point and you're just tiny mecha-cucks battling it out in generic plans that don't convey you being taller than the average chinks.
