True, the campaign wasn't worth it. I still liked the sandbox mode a lot though. They did pretty good bypassing the usual survival game tropes and mechanics. Keeping it grounded and brutal in higher difficulty modes. The solitude and immersion really hit home for me. Not sure how I feel about blackfrost. It being multiplayer, likely having a fuckload of NPC's around and running on UE5 might ruin things.

I wish there had been more to do in the snowy area of RDR2. More quests and a snowy town would have been neat.

I feel like people who enjoy winter come from areas where there is very little snowfall. Sure blizzards can be comfy but if you actually enjoy being outdoors like me there's not much to do unless you really like snowshoeing, skiing or snowmobiling.
