Is it woke? I heard it has cucknadians in it

Cartoony art style. Requires you to build more than 4 cities which offends the average V fag. "Woke" as if the whole franchise isn't the most lib American thing ever made.

Are these things actually true or are you just spouting bullshit you've heard on reddit

Or more like because they wanted to copy Humanity's gimmick when that game was garbage.

boo I already got platinum for like 5 bucks on steam

It was unavailable for half an hour, but seems to be fixed now.

Does this Platinum edition give all the scenarios and nations as well or just the two expansions?

because its a direct downgrade

The Epic version does not have DRM btw. Atleast the Base Game did not. Thank you Timmy.

you can do all that manually if you absolutely must

Two expansions and a handful of DLCs, they're all listed in the game's page.
The complete one with all DLCs is Anthology, maybe in a few more years Tim will give it for free too.

Yeah. But if I'm going to do the manual workshop bullshit, I might as well pirate the full version with all dlcs instead of using Timmy's second rate handouts.

The first one is true. I got it free, and I can't claim the full version, and mine is still just the base game.

I was planning to download it from Epic but what I'm getting from this thread is that it isn't the full version, right? Should I download it or just buy the game when it's on sale?

No, it was bullshit from reddit.

if you dont have civ6 by now you probably don't want to play civ6 anyway

For me, it is the city building elements combined with the progressive building costs that make it harder to construct districts the better your technology gets.
Even getting builders becomes progressively harder, but natural disasters don't stop happening so you better not waste that last building charge if you want to repair your shit at any point.
Similar complaint with religious victory where they turned it into military-lite with theological armies, but with scaling costs making it increasingly boring.
They do everything in their power to make turns feel insignificant and boring.
Most of the time you will just skip ahead until milestones are met.
Considering every civ game struggles to hit modern era ever, it is impressive they managed to make it even less fun to get past industrialization.

Its the full game with all dlcs I only have the ouya version so this is an upgrade

The artstyle and token female leaders everywhere would not matter if the gameplay were good, but it isn't good, so in this case the initial balking from the graphics end up being the correct choice.

Does it say "Platinum Edition" in the library if you have that edition? I had the base game from a previous week and it let me redeem the platinum edition after I accepted that I already owned a part of the bundle. No idea if it worked, it doesn't say the edition name in the library.
Anonymous No.715728038 >>715729976
>>715724636
Basically, Civ 6 has three versions:
>base game only
>platinum, which is base game + both expansions + a few DLCs that add new civilizations and scenarios
>anthology, which has all that and all the other DLCs too: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/21432/Sid_Meiers_Civilization_VI_Anthology/
Just get it for free and then pirate the other DLCs if you care enough about them, the Platinum version is plenty enough anyway.

Is this good on potato pc?
Anonymous No.715728889
>>715727780
It does not say "Platinum Edition" in the library because that edition is just the game plus all the dlc's so in the library it will show the base game but also say "6 addons" because that's what mine says when I redeemed it.
