It's the worst prison in the country for the most vile criminals, yet the game doesn't let you take a few tricks out of the soviet playbook.
Starve the prisoners? Flood the lower levels with poison gas? Execute the instigators? Make the rebellious scum miserable in general? No you have to fucking entertain those animals.
Same with the fucking guards, if it was any realistic, all of them would be executed on the spot and replaced with conscripts.
Bar? Gym? Tear it all out and sell it as scrap, they get dirty water and maggoty bread, but the game doesn't even let you put the fucking entitled prisoners in their place.
