as opposed to skyrim where its biggest city has 9 houses and you can talk to npcs until you exhaust all dialogue with them in a minute and a half and all home interiors are copypasted and have nothing worthwhile in them, so after your first 10 minutes in there the city becomes just as lifeless but also smaller, quieter and deader
