Best Snake? Really? He barely had any lines. What a waste of a character. Apparently he was supposed to have way more lines, but then Kojima cut everything at the last minute because he watched a movie with a silent protagonist, and he thought it was cool and wanted to imitate it. I wish I was kidding. He allegedly made Death Stranding 2 worse for similar reasons, he thought the game was "too fun" and wanted to make it "controversial".

Venom Snake is the best Snake because he has a cool mechanical arm. Also I really love the idea of a throwaway gag (Big Boss not really being in MG1) having a full mainline game to explain it.
Everyone should just have their favorite Snake.

If Kojima wasn't a hack, It would switch to Hayters voice after the patent reveal and on second playthroughs. It still has to be Sutherlands voice on the first as to not give away the twist.
