I'm not sure if I'd recommend simplified. You can usually clear even if your second team isn't great, only one has to fight the boss.
And doing simplified means you've gotta come back to it later. And I think you don't ger the achievement clear pyros for it.

That said, I wouldn't recommend uncapping Shiroko* over other Anni students like D.Hina and Hoshino w/ arms. Because they're more burst-oriented, and Shiroko* is more of an auto-attacker.
