I get what you're saying and I don't think it looks horrendous (you can still play it comfortably), but 30 FPS is a relic of the 6th and 7th gen that really shouldn't be normalized. Games should have a solid and consistent 60 FPS framerate, especially games designed with consoles in mind and first party games at that. I'm not going to jump down the console war faggotry bandwagon on any side, but I don't get how any console game should run at 30 FPS in 2025.
