No. There's a teleport jetpack that lets you enter SC bunkers during solo play now. Also, they let you plant the flag on mobs. These simple actions added another 10 CTD bugs to the game. At this point, it is probably physically impossible to add the APC without totally rewriting the game's code from scratch.

That’s what makes it funny. Super Earth is responsible for every conflict they’re in, buuuuut the people who started those conflicts* are either all dead or in retirement homes, and the combatants now want nothing less than genocide for what we did to them. It’s a funny play on how the sins of a nation can produce despised retribution that appear as monstrous acts of random violence to the citizenry.

*Super Earth is controlled by a series of voting-based Super Computers. Technically, the responsible parties are still “alive.”
