Okay, I'll assume you aren't baiting and answer properly this time. It's just a way of saying "you suck, that's why you are struggling/stopped playing". It means nothing more, and if posted by itself, it's just someone trying to be mean to you, which is common on the internet, but especially here, where being an assshole is not only unpunished, but expected.
