second, the ability to use credit cards to NOT rely on having to recharge your steam wallet in set amounts and to NOT have to go out to buy giftcards when your wallet credit isn't enough to buy this or that game are crucial, cause it allows users to buy any game at any time

literally any solution you, the end user, can come up with is a solution that only benefits you or solves the issue for you, but thats not how valve(or any other company) can afford to think like, they HAVE TO think globally and in a way to exclude less people as possible, and none of your solutions allow that
