Start with the games. Only play skillful games that are unforgiving. These days all I play is rhythm and shmup. Anything else is too easy and feels like a movie game.

Fix your health. Count calories and build a daily diet where you calc how many calories you want to eat and eat the same thing every day. Go to the gym or to the outdoor one at least.
