I haven't had any issues actually. I don't overclock it, play at 60 fps, and I don't do 4k. I'm still using a case meant for hard drives so there's a ton of airflow so that helps

VRAM is cheap but soldered directly onto the graphics card board. Even if you had the ability to solder on larger capacity chips, the GPU won't know how to or will barely utilize it.

if it's 8gb 3060 then 9060xt 16 is worthy. Anything below 12 gigs is a fucking waste of money

I have a 1070. I just inherited $12k. I have ZERO interest in upgrading my card because all new games are shit anyway. Time to play more classics from the 90's.
