witch (why does it say wizard) has a chance to backfire in my favor with some crazy monster augmentation or whatever but it could just as easily make me far worse. and im not a tree so i dont need nature magic

Do you have any female characters who don't use any magic, are anti-magic, are the antithesis of a mage, and who heal you in a realistic way?

Depends on the setting, and on the context, such as how strong magic is in the respective world.
If it were D&D, for example, for various metagame minmaxing action economy reasons, I'd trust the rogue without worries.

Holy magic is the most powerful, immediate and effective, the girl is ugly tho.

Nature magic will give you slow regeneration and remove the bleeding, is ok if you are not in actual combat, otherwise is pretty useless, the girl is very cute, my personal pick.

Alchemy is good if she has a high potion around but will have to use another one to remove the bleeding, or worse yet, she doesn't have any potion that can remove the bleeding, and you will have to wait for the bleeding status effect to go away on its own, wizards are all male that is actually a guy wearing a dress.

First aid ain't gonna do shit, maybe recover a bit of HP but won't remove the bleeding, the girl is ugly to boot.

Paladin. I don't expect holy magic from a Paladin to heal completely, but bolster my body enough to survive the wound. Albeit painful and inevitably disfigured, I'll survive.

Druid. Nature magic implies enhancement of natural recovery. A healing from her would be enough to regenerate my blood and healing processes even if it takes a bit of time.
>Is my health deteriorating due to poisons?
Wizard. While the druid could potentially clear poisons, the Wizard could provide the best chance of survival with her potions and knowledge of alchemy. With the potential side effects though, she'd be my last choice in other circumstances.
>Are my wounds caused by embedded foreign objects?
Rogue. Proper first aid goes a long way and can easily outclass magic in scenarios like this. No point in healing over the cause and suffering for the remainder of my life because I chose to heal instead of remove the core problem.

Critical wounds require immediate care and both Paladin/Druid are using magic which works the fastest. I'd give the edge to Druid if only because while both may heal you a Druid seems more likely to restore you to full strength and watch over your recovery
Wizard is a clear third, alchemy is uncertain plus not instantaneous like magic. Plus she is the most shady looking.
Rogue is last by far because a bandage and isopropyl isn't going to help for shit if someone stabbed a sword into your lung or other life threatening injuries

Paladin probably has single target burst heal that dmages undead, Druid's probably some weird Heals over time with some other buff, Wizard's just passing on a potion and Rogue's using an item.

I'll take the Paladin because her mana will probably refill by the time out of combat heal brings me back to max.

I'm CRITICALLY wounded, so a mere first aid wouldn't cut it.

I trust the Paladin to heal me and not include any funny business. She's a pure maiden who probably would blush if she saw even a mans nipple. Druid might just stab me somewhere else after healing me to "maintain the balance". That wizard clearly wants to use me as a guinea pig for her alchemic concoctions, which may or may not heal at all. The Rogue will DEFINITELY steal my shit while performing basic T triple C.

Druid is the only one versed in proper healing.
Paladin magic is all divine blessings to her weapons and only work on undead. The witch is a novice and doesn't have the proper experience yet
The rouge doesn't understand healing items well and might have stolen the wrong health item
