But to answer your question, as far as I can tell from my many (professional) travels to Japan in the past decade, Japanese women don't give 2 shits about forced feminism. Strong willed, emancipated Japanese women don't feel threatened by beauty standards, especially westoid ones. They will openly mock them instead.
Other Japanese women are content to openly follow someone's lead, be it a man or a woman and they won't get shit from it from other women, unlike in the west. This is probably tied to cultural cohesion being very important in Japan, the individual will not get judged if they function in the overarching society.
Hence why Japanese culture is perceived as xenophobic or racist, but as a white man, I've never experienced this. As long as you adhere to their social rules, they don't give a shit about your own cultural or racial heritage. For example, I speak okay Japanese but arguably still at a basic level. My wife doesn't but she knows a few words and Japanese really appreciate the effort (and I mean REALLY appreciate) if you try to speak on their level whenever possible and respect/follow their customs. It's the only country in the world where I've had someone literally say "Thank you for learning and embracing our culture". When in Rome... you know.
But if you go to Japan to hang from a Torii gate for TikTok clicks they will publicly make you look like a retard on national TV. They recently dropped this sign into the world because of that nigger that kept dancing and harassing people on the subway.
