8 hours in and I'm not feeling it. this series is so fucking weird, every subsequent game fixes something from the previous one and fucks something else up, but I don't remember 2 pissing me off nearly as much as this one does.
just saying, did none of the test players complain about how Geralt controls like he's constantly sliding on soap and the horse has less maneuverability than a shopping cart, or they just didn't give a fuck? I really liked 1 and 2 for different reasons but this one is just annoying the shit out of me so far. I'll give them that it runs miles better than 2, at least

3 is really bad but it's loved by people who only played 3.

This is the game that offers you the choice to visit one of two locations first but if you pick the wrong one Triss bashes you and you are forced into the "correct" option

I like it a lot but the gameplay is like literally just nothing. Youre meant to turn your brain off for it. You arnt meant to ride the horse like you would in ER or RDR. you just hold a button and it runs on the road.

It was the first netflix game. You are supposed to "play" it like you watch a TV show, you boot it up for an hour, do a quest or two which are todays episode and then turn it off again. Sometimes you get to choose the MCs response to certain situations.
Thats why its popular. It would have been even more popular had there been even less gameplay.
