WTF is with the ridiculous head bob when u walk/run. I know they tried to go for realism but its vomit inducing and nothing like IRL, when i walk i dont feel my vision shake at all.

any other essential settings i should use? mouse sensitivity seems janky as well im not sure if acceleration is on, i lowered it to almost minimum and now my mouse sensitivity in trade and dialogue window is too low.

Gunslinger mod makes the gunplay significantly better. The general gameplay and atmosphere stays the same.
